Specifically, VNU and LGDVH signed an appendix to amend the Memorandum of Understanding, which agreed to award 75 scholarships worth VND 2,650,000,000 to students of VNU's science and technology majors. LGDVH will organize skill training courses taught by its Technical Directors for VNU’s third and fourth-year students, and VNU will organize training courses for LGDVH’s employees. Furthermore, VNU hopes that the two sides can propose common research problems in line with LGDVH’s needs.

With the presence of VNU in Hoa Lac, the cultural-educational and high-tech satellite city will be the driving force for the development of the entire western area of Hanoi. The move of VNU’s Administration to Hoa Lac and the plan to welcome 25,000 students to study here in 2025 is aimed at opening up space for development, removing bottlenecks in terms of facilities for the education system. Pioneering in creating new values in this land, VNU hopes to open up a space for innovation and to work closely with businesses to solve the problems posed by the practical needs of the market.
